A teacher plays an important role in shaping the lives of youngsters. Since youngsters are the future of a society or country, a huge responsibility lies on the shoulders of teachers to ensure that they cause a positive effect on their students. We get a chance to learn from a lot of teachers from school to college and university but an ideal teacher is the one who is most loved and respected by his students. Such a teacher motives his students to pursue their passions and careers by showing them the right direction.

An ideal teacher would have unique characteristics and personality traits. He would love his students unconditionally irrespective of their casts, creeds, or family backgrounds. He makes his students follow his words and deeds to make them a good human as well. An ideal teacher has such a huge influence on the students as they believe whatever they tend to hear from him. The good personality and deep knowledge of an ideal teacher help him teach a lot of good things to his students, not only related to academic courses, but also regarding general life concepts and the world. Also, he would always come prepared to give away the lectures which his students can understand easily.

The other best thing about an ideal teacher is that he understands the psychology of his students. He knows how to deal with each one of them according to their different behaviors, attitudes, and personalities. He makes his students feel comfortable around him so they won’t hesitate while sharing their problems with him. Moreover, an ideal teacher would consider himself as a parent of each student he teaches. He has affection for every student so he won’t mind taking care of their personal and academic problems. As a student, one can also get feasible solutions to their problems from our ideal teacher. Also, such a teacher would always encourage his students to join extra-curricular activities as well.  

Furthermore, an ideal teacher is sociable who knows who to interact with parents. He realizes the concerns of parents for their children so he would deal with them accordingly. He would know how to make the parents happy and satisfied with the academic performances of their children. He would analyze each of his students closely to see where they are lacking. This way, he won’t only make a long-lasting impression on their academic lives but also their minds in a positive way. Since teaching is a professional job, an ideal teacher would take proper training to make sure that he is serving his purpose by educating the youngsters for the betterment of the whole nation or society.

In a nutshell, an ideal teacher knows how to take his job and responsibility seriously. The outcome he can produce with his diligence and honest attitude will surprise everyone at the end of the day. He won’t only become a source of guidance for his students but also a mentor and a motivator who makes the future of their students brighter.
